TIME Society is a volunteer-led nonprofit based in Coaldale that organizes family-focused community events designed to connect families, celebrate shared experiences and build lasting traditions for Coaldale and surrounding communities.
Founded on the values of family, community and intergenerational connection, our society proudly serves Coaldale while welcoming families from across Southern Alberta. Our members bring diverse cultural backgrounds and professional experience from education, accounting, law enforcement, science, administration and media.
To strengthen families and community relationships through intergenerational events that nurture youth development and create lasting traditions that anchors families to the heart of their community.
To see Coaldale and surrounding communities strengthened through meaningful family-centered traditions that promote connection, belonging and long-term community engagement across generations.
Our work is made possible through community partnerships, sponsorships, small grants and the time and energy of local families. Because we are volunteer-led, we’re careful with every resource we receive and focus on creating meaningful events without unnecessary expense.
We approach stewardship with a few simple principles:
We’re open about how we budget and plan.
We choose activities that make a big impact without a big price tag.
We partner with local businesses across Southern Alberta to keep events accessible for families.
Donations support family‑focused and intergenerational programming.
We recognize the trust placed in us and take that responsibility seriously. Every contribution, whether it’s time, skills, or funding, helps us create moments that bring communities closer together.
