TIME Society is a volunteer-led nonprofit based in Coaldale that organizes family-focused community events designed to connect families, celebrate shared experiences and build lasting traditions for Coaldale and surrounding communities.
Founded on the values of family, community and intergenerational connection, our society proudly serves Coaldale while welcoming families from across Southern Alberta. Our members bring diverse cultural backgrounds and professional experience from education, accounting, law enforcement, science, administration and media.

Our work is made possible through community partnerships, sponsorships, small grants and the time and energy of local families. Because we are volunteer-led, we’re careful with every resource we receive and focus on creating meaningful events without unnecessary expense.
We approach stewardship with a few simple principles:

We choose activities that make a big impact without a big price tag.
We partner with local businesses across Southern Alberta to keep events accessible for families.
Donations support family‑focused and intergenerational programming.
We recognize the trust placed in us and take that responsibility seriously. Every contribution, whether it’s time, skills, or funding, helps us create moments that bring communities closer together.
